He explained the problem with my machine and carried out a full service, testing all areas of the machine, ensuring it was working efficiently before leaving. He also explained the after care from NAC and how to get in touch. I was fully satisfied with the repair, which was completed quickly and professionally.

Washing machine making a terrible noise on spin. Found the number through google search & spoke to a lovely lady called Helen. She explained the cost involved thoroughly and made an appointment for an engineer to call that day. Robert arrived in the afternoon and within an hour, washer out, stripped, repaired and put back (a trainer liner sock had somehow got itself stuck !). A great find a would highly recommend using this company. Many thanks.

Found this company by doing a google search as needed someone to come & look at my washing machine which had been making a very loud noise on its last spin. Spoke to a very pleasant lady called Helen who explained the cost involved and what that covered exactly. I booked an appointment and the chap was out later in the day. Within the hour the washer had been taken out, stripped down, “stray” sock removed, all put back together and working. A great find and I would highly recommend using this company.
